Spicy Chickpea Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla

  • ½ cup cooked chickpeas

  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber

  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt

  • ½ tsp cumin powder

  • ¼ tsp chili powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mash chickpeas lightly and mix with yogurt, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt.

  2. Warm the tortilla and spread the chickpea mixture evenly.

  3. Add chopped cucumber and tomatoes on top.

  4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap and serve.
