Paneer Tikka Roll

Ingredients:

  • 100g paneer cubes

  • 1 whole wheat roti

  • ¼ cup sliced onions

  • ¼ cup sliced bell peppers

  • 1 tsp tandoori masala

  • 1 tbsp low-fat yogurt

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Marinate paneer cubes in yogurt, tandoori masala, and salt for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the marinated paneer with bell peppers and onions until golden.

  3. Place the mixture onto the roti, roll it up, and serve warm.
