Paneer Tikka Roll

Ingredients:
100g paneer cubes
1 whole wheat roti
¼ cup sliced onions
¼ cup sliced bell peppers
1 tsp tandoori masala
1 tbsp low-fat yogurt
1 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Marinate paneer cubes in yogurt, tandoori masala, and salt for 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the marinated paneer with bell peppers and onions until golden.
Place the mixture onto the roti, roll it up, and serve warm.
