Spinach & Peas Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized tomato, chopped

  • 2 cups chopped spinach

  • 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 3 tsp ghee (for added richness)

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chili powder, to taste

  • Turmeric powder, to taste
