Spicy Chicken & Spinach Soup

Ingredients:

  • 100g cooked chicken breast, shredded

  • 1 cup spinach (palak)

  • 1/2 onion, chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/2 inch ginger, minced

  • 2 cups chicken broth (low-sodium)

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp ghee (clarified butter)

Directions:

  1. Heat ghee in a pot, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

  3. Add chicken, broth, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. Serve hot.
