Spicy Chicken & Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
100g cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 cup spinach (palak)
1/2 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 inch ginger, minced
2 cups chicken broth (low-sodium)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp ghee (clarified butter)
Directions:
Heat ghee in a pot, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Add chicken, broth, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
