Chicken Hummus Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla

  • 100g grilled chicken breast, sliced

  • 2 tbsp hummus

  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce

  • 2 tbsp grated carrots

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Spread hummus evenly on the tortilla.

  2. Add sliced chicken, shredded lettuce, and grated carrots.

  3. Season with salt and pepper, roll the tortilla tightly, and slice in half.
