Ingredients:
1 whole wheat tortilla
100g grilled chicken breast, sliced
2 tbsp hummus
¼ cup shredded lettuce
2 tbsp grated carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Add sliced chicken, shredded lettuce, and grated carrots.
Season with salt and pepper, roll the tortilla tightly, and slice in half.
