Dal Tadka with Jeera Rice

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cooked moong dal

  • ½ cup cooked basmati rice

  • 1 tsp ghee

  • ½ tsp cumin seeds

  • ½ onion, chopped

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee, add cumin seeds, and sauté onions.

  2. Mix in cooked moong dal and spices, simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Serve hot with jeera rice.
