Paneer Bhurji with Roti

Ingredients:
100g paneer, crumbled
1 medium whole wheat roti
½ medium onion, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1 green chili, chopped (optional)
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and green chili, sauté until translucent.
Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add crumbled paneer and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with roti.
