Paneer Bhurji with Roti

Ingredients:

  • 100g paneer, crumbled

  • 1 medium whole wheat roti

  • ½ medium onion, chopped

  • 1 small tomato, chopped

  • 1 green chili, chopped (optional)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and green chili, sauté until translucent.

  2. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.

  3. Add crumbled paneer and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with roti.
