Egg and Avocado Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla

  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped

  • ¼ avocado, mashed

  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix chopped eggs with mashed avocado and light mayonnaise.

  2. Spread the mixture on the tortilla, season with salt and pepper, and roll it up tightly.
