Ingredients:

  • 100g grilled chicken breast

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa

  • ¼ cup diced cucumber

  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tbsp feta cheese

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Lemon juice for dressing

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, layer quinoa, grilled chicken, cucumber, and tomatoes.

  2. Sprinkle with feta cheese, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and serve.
