Chicken & Cabbage Soup
Ingredients:
100g cooked chicken breast, shredded
2 cups cabbage, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 chicken stock cube
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil
2 cups water
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Add cabbage and cook for 5 minutes.
Add chicken, stock, turmeric, salt, pepper and water. Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
Serve hot.
