Chicken & Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
100g cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cups chicken broth (low-sodium)/ 1/4 stock cube with 2 cups water
spices of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onion and mushrooms until soft.
Add chicken, broth, spices, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
Serve hot.
